Before you book the call…
What counts as 'a program'?
One source document → one structured training program with all 12 deliverables. Most sources land at ~30–40 pages. If your source is a 200-page binder, we'll split it into the natural programs together on the scoping call.
What happens to programs we don't use that month?
There's no rollover. Library is a cadence subscription — most customers queue their backlog once and then settle into 5–7 programs/month. If your catalog runs out, we'll have a renewal conversation.
Can we pause the subscription?
Yes — Library customers can pause for 1–3 months without losing their place in the queue. Talk to us about the right structure for your annual cycle on the scoping call.
Do you host the training, or do we?
Both work. Library includes BLE Academy Pro hosting (100 seats) so you can host straight away. If you already have an LMS — Cornerstone, Workday, Litmos, Docebo, Canvas — every program ships as SCORM and loads cleanly. See BLE Academy hosting for the hosting platform.
Who actually writes the programs?
The CourseBldr generation engine writes the first draft from your source. A senior instructional designer reviews every program before it ships — Library output is not raw AI output, it's a reviewed, edited workshop. You then review and edit further before you publish.
What if a program needs heavier custom work?
Some programs need a real instructional design lift beyond what Library cadence covers — high-stakes safety, regulated training, etc. We'll flag those on the scoping call and either fold them in at a higher monthly tier or route them to BLE Training's consulting practice.
What's the minimum commitment?
3-month minimum on the subscription so we can establish cadence and you get a fair look at the value. After that it's month-to-month — cancel any time.
