1. The service

CourseBldr ("we," "us") provides an AI-powered tool that generates editable training-content packages from inputs you provide. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly at hello@coursebldr.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or designed to facilitate harm. We reserve the right to refuse generation requests that violate this policy. Outputs are also subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

4. Ownership of generated content

You own the generated files and may use, modify, distribute, white-label, and sell them without restriction. We retain no rights to your outputs. Some content may incorporate publicly available references or commonly-known industry frameworks; we do not warrant exclusive originality of every sentence.

5. Accuracy

Generated content is produced by a large language model. It may contain inaccuracies, outdated references, or inadvertent omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before delivery, especially in regulated industries (healthcare, legal, finance, safety) where compliance is material.

6. Pricing and payment

Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and at the moment of generation. Payments are one-time per package. We may change pricing for future generations with notice; existing in-flight orders honor the price at the time of purchase.

7. Refunds & chargebacks

All sales are final once payment processes. Because every order is custom-generated on demand and we incur non-recoverable model costs the moment generation begins, we do not offer refunds for delivered orders. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us at hello@coursebldr.ai and allow up to 2 business days for resolution. We retain time-stamped acceptance, delivery, and IP records and submit them in response to any chargeback for an order that was successfully delivered.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows and dependency outages (e.g., Anthropic API incidents) may pause generation.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@coursebldr.ai. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll post a notice on the home page if these terms change materially. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
