Accessibility
Effective 2026-05-27. Version 1.0.
CourseBldr is committed to making our product accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We are actively working toward compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.
What we have done
We have designed the site with sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds. We have ensured that interactive elements including buttons and links are keyboard navigable. We have added descriptive labels to form fields throughout the builder. We provide text alternatives for non-decorative visual content.
Known limitations
We are aware that some areas of the application — including the document preview in the Review step and certain interactive builder components — are not yet fully optimized for screen reader use. We are actively working to address these in upcoming releases.
How to report an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on CourseBldr, please email us at coursebldr@ble.training with the subject line Accessibility Issue. Describe what you were trying to do, what barrier you encountered, and what device and assistive technology you were using. We commit to responding within 5 business days and resolving confirmed accessibility issues within 30 days of confirmation.
Third-party content
Some content and features on CourseBldr are provided by third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party interfaces, but we have selected partners with strong accessibility commitments.
