What exactly do I get when I generate a course?+
A bundle of editable Word documents (Student Manual, Instructor Guide, supporting docs) and a PowerPoint deck — formatted in your own brand if you add the customization. The full package can also be exported as a SCORM 1.2 ZIP for any major LMS.
Can I edit the files after generating?+
Yes. Everything is a real .docx or .pptx — open in Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, or Keynote and edit normally. We don't lock you into a platform.
How long does generation take?+
Typically 3“5 minutes for a full 9-deliverable package. Longer programs (higher lesson counts) take a few extra minutes because there's more content to write.
How does pricing work?+
Two axes: audience tier (Entry / Experienced / Leadership / Enterprise) scales the cost per deliverable, and you pick which deliverables to include. Brand customization is a flat $29 add-on. No subscription, no per-seat fee. See the Pricing page for the full table.
What's the difference between tiers?+
Higher tiers unlock a higher lesson cap (6 / 10 / 16 / 40) so you can build longer, denser programs. Per-page cost is roughly flat across tiers — you pay more because you can ship more.
Do I get a discount for buying everything?+
Yes — when you select all nine deliverables, brand customization (otherwise $29) is included free. The header and Step 3 totals automatically reflect the discount when you add the full package.
Will the generation include real industry references?+
If you pick the Advanced complexity option in Step 2, the model references real standards (OSHA, ISO, HIPAA, FDA, NFPA, etc.) where they apply to your topic. Foundational and Professional stay tone-appropriate without leaning on technical citations.
Can I generate something for a specialized topic?+
Most professional and operational topics work well. Generation will refuse on topics the underlying model won't write about (illegal activity, harmful content), and may produce thin output for hyper-niche topics with limited training-content patterns.
Do you offer refunds?+
All sales are final once payment processes, because each course is custom-generated on demand and we incur model costs the moment generation begins. The narrow exception is generation failure (zero deliverables produced) — contact us within 7 days and we'll re-run or refund at our discretion. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
Why does my card statement say BLE Training instead of CourseBldr?+
CourseBldr.ai is the product brand; the merchant of record is BLE Training (Bedford, Louis & Ellicott, LLC), which is the legal entity Stripe pays out to. Your card statement will show the descriptor 'BLE* COURSEBLDR.AI' so you'll recognize the charge even though the legal name is BLE Training. If you see that line on your statement, it's a CourseBldr.ai purchase — please don't dispute it with your bank; reach out to hello@coursebldr.ai first and we'll resolve it.
Is the SCORM package compatible with my LMS?+
We generate SCORM 1.2, which is supported by every major LMS we've tested — Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Docebo, TalentLMS, and most Talent Suites. Open a ticket if your LMS rejects the package.
What happens to my data?+
Generation requests are processed by Anthropic's Claude model. We don't retain prompt content beyond what's needed to render your generated files. See the Privacy page for the full policy.
